Refund Policy

At Rodd Jaramillo Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and transformational services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Coaching Packages & Breakthrough Sessions

Due to the nature of personal coaching and breakthrough sessions, all sales are final. However, we understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to accommodate your request.

No refunds will be issued once a session or coaching package has been used or partially completed.
If you cancel before the first scheduled session of a multi-month coaching package, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a processing fee.

2. Name Study & Digital Products

Since Name Study sessions and related materials are customized and personalized, they are non-refundable. However, if you experience any issues with receiving your materials, please reach out, and we will make it right.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We require 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling coaching sessions. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for a makeup session.
In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@coachwithrodd.com to discuss your situation.
